The Photo Dispatch provides a monthly photography experience delivered by post. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Any introductory offer, including its duration and the price payable afterwards, will be clearly explained before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not normally entitle you to a refund for a payment already taken or an order already processed, except where required by law.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch each Photo Dispatch as advertised. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

4. Returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or does not arrive, please contact us so we can help.
